Yesterday at 15.00, I handed over my Poodle dog to Empathy. What I requested from them was to cut my dog's hair with scissors, that is, the routine maintenance cuts that are applied to dogs of this breed every 3 or 4 weeks. They took my phone number and said that they would call me when they were done. Exactly two hours later, I received a call. They called and stated that they had completed their work. When I arrived at the store, the Vet. Arif Okur, to whom I delivered my dog, brought me to the room where they kept the dog and stated that during the procedure, my dog had a cut on his left hind leg and that he applied aesthetic stitches to it. I had already experienced the first shock there, and the second shock completely destroyed my dog. They shaved it. I still don't understand on what initiative they did this. Mr. Arif told me that the staff shaved my dog into this shape, but I thought I was surrendering my dog to him. It turns out that my dog suffered both pain and trauma in unconscious hands. In the meantime, not only was his body not shaved, but they also killed his mustache and beautiful eyelashes. Thank God, they did not dismember him. The dog I mentioned is a 6-month-old puppy. Mr. Arif expressed his sadness and I'm sure he was very upset, but What was done was not professional at all. He did not demand money from me. I wish they had paid money and not put my dog through such a situation. I regret it.
